Job Title: Java Full Stack Developer Location(s): RESTON, VA Primary Skill : Java full stack, Microservices, Cloud development (containers) Secondary Skill : Cloud foundry, AWS, Databases, Datastores, Enterprise solutions, CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices Summary: A Java full stack developer is a developer with extensive knowledge and expertise in full stack tools and frameworks that works with java. The java suite of technologies include working with core java,Spring, Spring Boot, servlets, REST API etc . Experienced in writing HTML,CSS and JavaScript (Angular or React) code, deploying and maintaining databases. RESPONSIBILITES: * She/He is responsible for implementing UI , constructing APIs and setting up server infrastructure. This include all associated areas such as databases and architecture design * She/He participates in the design and creation of scalable software * She/He should be comfortable around both back-end and front-end coding languages, development frameworks * Develop front-end application through appealing visual design * She/He is responsible for developing and managing well-functioning databases and applications * Write effective APIs * Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency * Create security and data protection settings * Design and implementation of CI/CD pipeline * She/ He should be well verse with the coding best practices. SKILLS PREFERRED (Technical & Behavioural) - Mandatory: * Having coding skills of Java * Spring and Spring boot * Maven * HTML, CSS and JavaScript (Angular, React JS etc.) * Database design and management * Server management and deployment * Application Security: Secure tokens, safeguard APIs, RBAC, encryption, session security, spring security, refresh tokens etc * Experience of implementing Full Stack on Cloud environment (Azure Preferred). * Familiarity with both back-end and front-end frameworks * Software testing (TDD and BDD) * Proficiency with Git * Linux * Writes clean and well documented code * Expert in writing SQL queries. * Knowledge of Data storage in cloud. * Query tuning, server optimization. * Understanding of CI / CD. * Planning & Organizing * Teamwork & Collaboration * Customer Focus * Continuous learning * Exp range: 5+ years Ampcus is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
