Product Support Solutions Representative - Tractor
Working Hours/Days M-F 7 AM to 4 PM
After hours and weekend as needed to handle customer needs. Overview The overall function of a Product Support Solutions Representative is to focus on growing and sustaining Parts and Service sales. Increase Altofer's market share by providing cost saving solutions to help lower customer's owning and operating costs. This job is an outside sales position that requires a significant amount of driving. Basic Duties PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES (including, but not limited to):
Schedule customer visits in conjunction with PAR requirements.
Qualifications EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE:
Physical Requirements/Working Conditions This position will spend a good portion of time traveling to customer jobsites. May work in an office environment, sitting at a desk for a period of time to answer phone calls or use a keyboard to complete documents and communicate through email. May be required to wear appropriate safety equipment (IE- Safety glasses or side shields) when needed. May on a continuous basis walk, bend and lift up to 20lbs and on occassion up to 75lbs. Must be flexible to work varying schedules and hours as needed.
