STV is seeking a Multimedia Production Specialist to work with our corporate communications team in our New York, NY office. This position is designated as hybrid (3 days week/in office). This position will require someone who has had experience creating short-form social media video content. The Multimedia Production Specialist will have a social-first mindset and manage pre-production (planning), production (filming and/or project managing) and post-production (editing) on short-form creative video projects that aligns with business goals. This individual will develop a long-term video strategy, create new social media video content, and own STV's video guidelines and processes. The successful candidate will strengthen our online identity while tailoring the dissemination of video content to the various audiences we are trying to reach. This person is also responsible for tracking and reporting content performance, providing active input on ways to optimize campaigns for continued improvement. Job Responsibilities
