Oversee student leadership programs with a focus on social impact projects and careers, including but not limited to the Social Sector Leadership Diversity Fellows cohort program for graduate students, the AnBryce Undergraduate Scholars Program, and the Camp Changemaker immersive leadership program. Responsible for program operations, staff, budgets, communications, and the strategic direction and evaluation of program goals, design, facilitation, and student outcomes. Supervise one or more graduate student employees that support programs and fellowships. Oversee data collection, assessment, and reporting for program areas. Contribute to Changemaker Center and Division-wide outcomes design, tracking, and assessment. Manage related budgets within the Changemaker Center. Serve on divisional and University working groups and committees. Qualifications Required Education: Additional Information In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $95,000.00 to USD $115,000.00. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and organizational considerations when extending an offer.
