The Lead Marketing Strategist is responsible for developing and operationalizing solutions that enable the optimization of marketing messaging and member journeys across a portfolio of products.
Here's what you can expect from the job and what you need to be successful:
Job Duties
  • Build and implement functional capabilities and solutions and drive the adoption of those new processes and technologies
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through use of data, channel selection, media strategy, segmentation strategy, and automation
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics that measure the effectiveness of campaigns, programs and segments and recommend strategies to drive on-going program growth
  • Create and execute always-on go-to-market plans against a portfolio of products and initiatives to increase awareness, demand, and adoption
  • Manage the creation and execution of highly personalized, multi-channel marketing campaigns that deliver against business goals
  • Work closely with other marketing channel leads and cross functional teams to gain alignment and implement omnichannel campaigns and journeys across all touchpoints; paid, owned, earned and partners
  • Meet or exceed established department metrics including high quality member experience, effectiveness and efficiency; update leader on all major projects, programmatic opportunities and goal progress
  • Collaborate with internal business leads to identify market opportunities and define goals
  • Partner across the broader team to drive results
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, championing best practices
  • Mentor high-performing and engaged employees through the modeling of best practices; providing guidance and direction to drive results
Essential Skills
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in product management and lifecycle marketing; within financial services industry preferred.
  • Ability to influence teammates, peers and partners across the organization
  • Ability to define strategies based on data-driven inputs, business goals, member/consumer insights and translate them into actionable implementation plans
  • Ability to effectively present ideas to senior leadership
  • Strong communication skills, including writing, speaking, and negotiation
  • Ability to work autonomously to manage time effectively and prioritize work appropriately to meet deadlines
  • Ability to foster strong internal and external business relationships
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive change and innovation
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree (in Marketing, business administration or related field) required or equivalent years experience
Location: Hillsboro, OR 97124 | (HYBRID)
Target Compensation in Hillsboro, OR: $118k - $125k annually + annual bonus
