Project Scheduler - Education

STV is seeking a detail-oriented Scheduler to join our Project Controls department in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of scheduling experience, including expertise in PreK-12 education projects. This role involves creating, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules using industry-standard software.

• Conduct schedule reviews to identify risks, conflicts, and opportunities for optimization.

• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to align schedules with project goals.

• Provide regular updates and reports on schedule performance, milestones, and critical paths.

• Analyze schedule impacts of project changes and recommend mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.

• 5+ years of scheduling experience, with a focus on PreK-12 education projects.

• Proficiency in scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.

• Strong understanding of critical path method (CPM) scheduling and delay analysis.

• Excellent communication skills to effectively present schedule data to diverse stakeholders.
