40 The CTR Administrator will be responsible for reviewing alerted Currency Transaction reports, to ensure they are complete, and file these reports with FinCEN. Work with branch personnel across the bank to ensure CTR information is accurate prior to filing. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Review daily monetary reports. Ensure necessary CTRs are received and complete. Contact branches to obtain need CTRs. File necessary CTRs with FinCEN through the Actimize module within time allotted. Identify accounts for exemption from CTR filing. Report suspicious activity resulting from the review of daily cash reports and CTRs via an Unusual Activity Referral form. Handle additional responsibilities as assigned. Other Responsibilities: Comply with all regulations pertaining to BSA, USA PATRIOT ACT, and OFAC. Complete annual BSA training. Assist with ad hoc project and reporting, as directed by AML Management. Performs other job duties as deemed necessary by supervisor. Required Skills: Knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act, USA Patriot Act, and Suspicious Activity Reporting requirements, specifically related to the filings of CTRs. Maintain a working knowledge of Bank records and systems. Must have the confidence and ability to identify potential issues and solutions and work with management to resolve those issues. Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize and organize assignments. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Advanced skills in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook and experience with on-line research systems including web-based tools. Team oriented and able to work independently. Required Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); minimum of six months related experience. Experience filing CTRs preferred.
