Project Controls Manager - Education

STV is seeking a dedicated Project Controls Manager to join our Project Controls department in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of project controls management experience, with a focus on PreK-12 education projects. This role is critical for ensuring cost, schedule, and performance objectives are achieved for educational facility projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee project schedules, budgets, and cost control processes.

• Monitor project performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.

• Perform risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address potential challenges.

• Collaborate with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.

• Manage change control processes and ensure accurate documentation of all project changes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.

• 5-8 years of experience in project controls management, preferably in PreK-12 education projects.

• Proficiency in project controls software such as Primavera P6, Procore, or similar tools.

• Strong analytical skills with a focus on scheduling, cost management, and performance tracking.

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities to guide project teams and coordinate with clients.
