Finance Lead, FP&A - Global Cash Flow at a Glance....

We are seeking an experienced and strategic finance professional to lead our Global Cash Flow team. As the Global Cash Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing the roadmap for our cash flow team, driving process improvements, and delivering insightful visibility and reports to senior stakeholders, including the Kraft Heinz Finance Leadership Team. You will lead a team of finance professionals and collaborate with regional teams to ensure seamless execution of cash flow management across the organization.

  • Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for the cash flow team, aligning with the company's overall financial goals and objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure the team's success
  • Collaborate with regional teams to ensure consistent cash flow management practices and processes across the organization
  • Identify and deliver projects that improve efficiency, accuracy, and results, such as process automation, system enhancements, and analytical tools
  • Develop and maintain insightful reports and dashboards to provide visibility to senior stakeholders on cash flow performance, trends, and risks
  • Analyze and interpret complex financial data to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to senior management
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including the KH Leadership Team, to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to ensure the company's cash flow management practices are current and effective

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA, certification in accounting or finance (CPA / CFA) or advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in finance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Experience working in a global organization with complex financial structures
  • Proven experience in cash flow management, financial planning and analysis, and financial reporting
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Experience with financial systems, such as SAP and Hyperion
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the company's overall financial goals and objectives

New Hire Base Salary Range:

$133,400.00 - $166,700.00

Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
