Negotiation lead for ancillary provider contracts including but not limited to DME, home health, home infusion, imaging, dialysis, hospice, medical pharmacy, transportation and community services. Ancillary negotiators may also be responsible for leading the negotiation with national network vendors and transplant networks. Collaborates with APM team to focus on innovation, value-based contracting, strategy, and forecasting of assigned specialties. Negotiators are expected to team up with Contract Specialists on strategic Owner of end-to-end process for ancillary contracting including compliance with company templates, reimbursement standards and process controls. Works with sales, medical management and finance to develop strategy and action plans to meet market growth and medical cost targets. Qualifications:
