Are you ready to make a significant impact within a dynamic organization? As the Director, Delivery Consultant, you will be at the forefront of transforming our enterprise through strategic organizational design (OD) and change management initiatives. This pivotal role offers you the opportunity to provide expert consulting, coaching, and support, driving value creation and enhancing the realization of key business outcomes.

You will collaborate with senior HR and leadership teams, acting as a thought leader and coach to guide executives in designing their organizations and championing change. Your expertise will ensure that our OD and change initiatives align with our business, cultural, and financial goals, while maximizing employee engagement and minimizing resistance.

In this role, you will work alongside various teams to seamlessly integrate OD and change management into major initiatives, providing direct support to front-line managers as they navigate transitions. Your focus on both the people and organizational aspects of change will be crucial in developing and implementing strategies that anticipate challenges, foster employee engagement, and drive successful adoption of new processes, systems, and roles.

  • Serves as OD and/or Change Management lead for complex or high-priority business initiatives or transformations.
  • Performs thorough assessments and diagnostics to identify cultural and organizational alignment risk points and opportunities; recommends and implements strategies to address risks, capatilize on opportinities, support and drive desired changes, and ensure stronger strategic alignment and change sustainability.
  • Independently leads OD and change interventions and initiatives for impacted business units including assessment, strategy design, development, implementation and evaluation.
  • Leads a team of employees and/or contractors who create actionable and targeted OD and change strategies and plans in areas such as org design, communications, sponsorship and stakeholder engagement, coaching, training, resistance management, role readiness.
  • Provides comprehensive OD and change management consultation to HR leaders, offering expert advice on navigating complex business initiatives.
  • Provides active and visible coaching to executive leaders who are leading OD or change efforts.
  • Conducts readiness assessments, evaluates results and presents findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development or Project Management or related field. Additionally, there is a minimum requirement of 10 combined years' experience in Organization Design, Project/Program and/or Change Management.

  • Demonstrated ability and expertise to formulate and execute OD and change management strategies and execution to obtain buy-in and ensure alignment with business practices
  • A solid understanding of how people go through change and the change process
  • Experience and knowledge of OD and change management principles and methodologies (example: Kates Kessler, Prosci Change Management certification or ACMP Certified Change Management Professional)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead change, able to take calculated risk and seeks continuous improvement
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle and how change strategies integrate with project life cycles.
  • Experience in conducting needs analysis and managing complex projects
  • Experience with large-scale program organizational change efforts
  • Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization
  • Strong presentation skills; ability to present and discuss strategies and tactical plans in a manner that establishes rapport, persuades others, and gains understanding
  • Exceptional communication, active listening, and facilitation skills
  • Strong analytic and decision-making abilities as wells as problem solving and root cause identification skills
  • Must be a team player and able to work with and through others
  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
  • Self-motivated and strong ability to independently lead and implement processes
  • Establishes and maintains effective partnerships with program and organizational leadership conveying trust, confidence and credibility.
  • Takes ownership of work and manages projects and activities to meet timelines and stakeholder needs.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing; ability to communicate with customers, associates and management; solid teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Change Management Professional designation is a strong plus

Salary Range*
$121,000 - 186,230

*This Salary Range reflects a National Average for this job. The actual range may vary based on your locale. Ranges in Colorado/California/Washington/New York/Hawaii/Vermont/Minnesota/Massachusetts/Illinois State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
