STV is seeking a skilled Document Controls Manager to join our Project Controls department in Chicago, IL. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in document controls, preferably within vertical construction projects. This role is critical for maintaining accurate and organized project documentation to support the successful execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain document control systems, processes, and standards for projects.

  • Manage the receipt, tracking, and distribution of project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, and contracts.

  • Ensure proper document version control and secure storage of project records.

  • Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely submission and retrieval of documents.

  • Provide regular reporting on document status, compliance, and completion metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field.

  • 5-8 years of experience in document controls, preferably in vertical construction projects.

  • Proficiency in document management systems (e.g., Procore, Aconex, or similar tools).

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in managing large volumes of data.

  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work with diverse project teams and stakeholders.

Compensation Range:

$79,899.94 - $106,533.25
