KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, Tax Proposal Ops to join our Global Mobility Services practice within our Tax organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with tax proposal ops team leader as well as respective service line/practice leadership to create/maintain/update proposal templates on a continuous basis; lead Go-To-Market initiatives for larger client pursuits
  • Provide guidance on service line/practice-specific resources available for the pursuit process; offer direction on proposal strategy, writing, design, and orals coaching support and how to request assistance
  • Engage in strategic proposals for global mobility and drive the execution of the pursuit process (managing the pursuit workplan, drafting the proposal outline, pulling together proposal content for team's review)
  • Lead initial discussion with team on value proposition to be covered in proposal documents and at oral presentations including key win themes and differentiators
  • Contribute to the development of compelling executive summaries (and other sections) to persuade potential clients to choose KPMG
  • Attend proposal team calls and pursuit debrief calls; assist with drafting orals map and offer feedback on orals collateral

Qualifications:

  • Minimum eight years of recent experience with proposal management, knowledge management and/or marketing/writing/communications experience; some supervisory experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, english, journalism or relevant field from an accredited college or university
  • Experience leading Go-To-Market initiatives working with larger sized client pursuits
  • Global mobility experience preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Some travel will be involved to attend internal meetings and trainings
