Description
This person will ensure inventory accuracy, complete technology kits, and document traffic movements, costs, and system searchability. They will organize and maintain the facility, coordinate Emerging Markets technology equipment, assign inventory to customers, and work with Field Support groups on invoicing and accounting. They will manage pre-delivery inspection workflow, final delivery to customers, and develop long-term relationships with employees to facilitate efficient dealership processes. $20 - $26/ hour Compensation & Benefits:

Specific Duties Include:
- Responsible for all equipment entering the dealership
- Assembling deal whole goods to transfer to shop
- Monthly inventory scanning/reconciliation
- Inventory equipment prior to shipment to ensure deal completion
- Shipping equipment for deals and performing traffic accordingly
- Communication to customer/Service department on shipments
- Monitor the entire trafficking process for all equipment that enters or leaves the store
- Complete a thorough check on all equipment prior to transferring it to the shop.
- Responsible for moving, linking, unlinking, and monitoring all equipment in the store
- Participate in the preparation of equipment for rental, sale, and/or demo.
- Management of loaner/rental/demo equipment
- Activation and monitoring of cellular SIM cards
- Engage with the service department.
- Sourcing and shipping loaner equipment
- Follow up with service and customers for status and return of loaner equipment
- Back up for Sales Coordinator sourcing and transferring equipment when needed
- Palletizing equipment and coordinating trucking pickup and delivery
- Act as point of contact for field technicians when items are missing or incomplete
- Follow all safety rules and regulations while performing work assignments and adhere to all policies and procedures as specified in company manuals and as directed in the employee handbook.
- Conduct self in the presence of customers and the community to present a professional image of RDO Equipment Co.
- Proactively seek and participate in available company-sponsored training, in an effort to develop and advance knowledge base and skill set.
- Participate in all company/location driven communication efforts, including open book meetings, huddles, department meetings and other related efforts.
- Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management, and support resources, with a constant commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer service.
- Foster an engaged work environment, encouraging accountability, open communication, teamwork, and a commitment to servicing the customer.
- Perform all other duties as assigned by management in a professional and efficient manner.
