Position Overview

Be part of our ExpressCARE Virtual team, where you'll care for minor illnesses in a fast-paced virtual environment while offering accessible care to the community we serve. You'll care for people of all ages. ExpressCARE clinician's offer convenient, no-appointment care for minor illnesses and injuries.

  • hours of operation are 8AM-8PM
  • Clinicians are scheduled 4-5 patients per hour.
  • Schedule flexibility - shift times and duration may vary based on volume and access needs

In a ExpressCARE career with LVHN, you'll find:

  • Advanced practitioner clinician led ExpressCAREs
  • ExpressCAREs inside health centers with Family Medicine supervising/collaborating physicians.
  • Primary and secondary clinician on-call for sick or emergent coverage. Moonlighting pay for clinical hours worked.
  • Flexible schedule of either 12, 8, or 6 hour shifts.
  • Reducing burn out by regularly monitoring volume reports per clinician.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience as a clinician in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine. Will consider Family Medicine experience but Emergency Medicine/Urgent Care preferred.
  • If working remote - must have reliable, high-speed internet and a welcoming, HIPPA compliant space to conduct visits from.
  • Previous experience in virtual care is preferred.
  • A valid PA Physician Assistant medical and osteopathic license, or ability to obtain one is required.
  • A valid PA Nurse Practitioner medical license, or ability to obtain one is required.
  • Must be board certified.
  • Graduate of an accredited education program for Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants.
  • Must be comfortable and licensed to see all ages.
  • A network champion for ExpressCARE and a passion for the clinical work.
