Research Faculty Department of Pharmacology and Chemical Biology University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine The Department of Pharmacology and Chemical Biology is seeking a highly qualified person for the position of Research Instructor. This person must have over 10 years of experience in biomedical research with a PhD degree in biomedical science or a related field (e.g. pharmacology, physiology, cell biology, etc.). The qualified candidate will have a strong background in molecular and cellular biology and hands-on experience in fluorescence microscopy and image processing. The qualified candidate will conduct experiments in cells and be willing to work with mouse models. Successful applicants must be highly motivated, able to work independently, and will be responsible for supervising and training other team members. Salary is commensurate with experience.
