Qualifications Minimum Requirements
BI Incorporated Responsibilities Summary Responsible for general ledger accounting, including analysis of business transactions to prepare journal entries, the month-end close process, financial data preparation, and account analysis and reconciliation. Takes a lead role in managing the internal Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance process. Performs research; as needed, into GAAP and SEC rules to ensure accurate and proper accounting for transactions. Serves as a key point of contact between parent company financial reporting group and the BI accounting team. Primary Duties and Responsibilities
