In year's past, we have placed Analysts in the following areas of BNY Wealth: US Markets - Our multidisciplinary Active Wealth approach is structured around five core strategies and utilizes the same practices and discipline employed in institutional asset management. This helps ensure every financial decision actively and intentionally powers our clients' goals. Invest, Protect, Manage, Borrow and Spend, these are our five core strategies that are the pillars of how we advise clients. This segment of BNY Wealth is focused on direct relationship management, investment management, estate planning and administration of High Net Worth Clients and their assets. Private Banking - Offering extensive cash management and credit solutions family offices need to invest and manage wealth. Sophisticated financing strategies include credit facilities to create liquidity for complex investment allocation strategies, secured and unsecured lending, hedging strategies, jumbo mortgages and more. Fiduciary - ensures family trusts are administered the way they were intended. Family Office - Services we offer include family governance, philanthropic advisory, technology consulting and trust planning. We also offer educational resources that include everything from financial education and leadership development to family succession planning, along with cyber, physical and personal risk best practices. Service Delivery/Operations: provides operational support, outstanding client service and technical expertise to WM clients and internal colleagues in all aspects of the Investment Management and Private Banking accounts lifecycle. Our team has significant industry knowledge, and we proactively approach operational situations in an agile and innovative manner. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $80,000 and $90,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and company- sponsored benefit programs. This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance and market factors. |
