About the Office or Unit As part of the Nolan School of Hotel Administration, The Statler Hotel is dedicated to delivering unparalleled guest service and operational excellence. The Statler Hotel also serves as a "learning laboratory" for Cornell students to gain practical hotel operational experience and hone their hospitality skills. In this role, the Director of Rooms will work closely with the General Manager to administer the Statler Hotel's vision, mission, and goals. Key responsibilities include overseeing room operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, managing budgets, and leading a team of dedicated hospitality professionals.
