Overview
Provides supportive services, case management, education, counseling, review and reporting services to residents of this Federal Bureau of Prisons Residential Reentry program Qualifications License/Certifications: Good verbal and written communication skills Computer skills Collaboration skills Strong analytical thinking and ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently Excellent customer service skills Compassion and empathy Ability to educate and tactfully confront issues of stigma of incarceration Ability to write clinical chart information Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions Ability to establish rapport and demonstrate courteous, respectful and caring behavior towards residents, family members, staff, and outside contacts. Compensation and Benefits The compensation range for this position is $18.65per hour - $30.21per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
