Job Profile Summary You will lead pre-sales support to facilitate the close of sales opportunities with current and potential customers. You will work in tandem with the sales teams and serves as the key technical advisor and product advocate responsible for understanding customer business requirements and promoting the value proposition of Bloomberg Industry Group solutions.

What you will do:

  • Help create value propositions and lead discussions of key issues at multiple levels (C-level to end users).
  • Prepare and Lead demo presentations of complex software solutions to target accounts
  • Be the Software Sales lead in providing market feedback to Sales Leadership and the Product team to help inform Commercial strategies and validate Product roadmap
  • Collaborate with the Sales team and Sales leadership to achieve new sales targets and reach retention goals
  • Be the lead in training newer Software sales engineers on Product and technical related issues that impact our customers and prospect base
You'll need to have:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, and Finance, Accounting or other related field.
  • CPA, LLM or Law degree a plus.
  • Flexibility for overnight travel, travel to customer locations as needed, and Bloomberg Industry Group meetings as required (up to 50%).
  • 5 years' relevant experience within the software or technology industry, or a business environment comparable to Bloomberg Industry Group.
  • 5 years' experience working in a customer-facing role preferably in a pre-sale or a consultant capacity.
