Apply to join our team and help shape the future of healthcare! Job Summary: The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for interfacing with customers prior to and/or after sale. Team members maintain positive customer relations and coordinate various functions within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner. This position has the authority to substantially affect the relationship between the company and a customer, either from a financial or product standpoint. Pre-sale: Analysis of customer inquiries to determine appropriate product literature; influencing shipping schedules;. Post-sale: Assist with resolving shipping or invoicing problems; determining the validity of claims and creating cases for returns; and changing shipping schedules upon request. This is a hybrid position, and the candidate must be within a 50-mile radius of our LaVergne TN office. Key Responsibilities:

Physical Requirements: Traditional office requirements.Large percent of time performing computer-based work is required. Must be authorized to work in the US.
