As a Solutions Engineer III in Growth Platforms, you will work with multiple application teams across the enterprise, architecture, project managers, business stakeholders and testing partners to define and enable new products (such as: ETFs, SMAs, Blended Target Date Fund-of-Funds). You will establish and grow relationships with key parties across the enterprise to ensure the success of CG's product launches. "I am the person Capital Group is looking for." * You have a bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related technical degree, or equivalent work experience * You have at least 5 years of experience in product delivery, including preparation of product roadmaps, and partnering with architecture to develop integration patterns * You are proficient at building relationships and networking with a wide group of stakeholders * You can effectively coordinate across ITG to support the execution of product launches. * You can proactively collaborate and coordinate with global business and technology teams, architecture, EDO and external vendors * You understand how CG 's data flows across front office, back office and the client group, and have proficiency with data analysis * You are proficient in proposing technology solutions with the aim of increasing the overall quality of systems and reducing time to value * You have strong communication and presentation skills In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
