You Are:

You are a passionate, innovative, and experienced R&D Engineer with a solid background in software development and a keen interest in analog and mixed-signal design simulation environment tools. You have a proven track record of working with complex algorithms, data structures, and statistical analysis. You are proficient in C/C++, TCL, Python, and GUI development using QT. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working closely with customers, field engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. You have a meticulous eye for detail and can develop and execute comprehensive testing plans. Your ability to analyze simulation results and identify areas for improvement sets you apart as a problem-solver and innovator in the field.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Developing and enhancing software for PrimeWave Design Environment and WaveView tools.
  • Writing and maintaining code in C/C++, TCL, and Python.
  • Creating and optimizing high-performance GUIs using QT.
  • Revolutionize the way analog chips are designed in today's age of AI revolution.
  • Visualizing/analyzing simulation results and performing statistical analysis.
  • Collaborating with field engineers and product application engineers to gather data and refine specifications.
  • Creating development and testing plans for new projects and sub-projects.

What You'll Need:
  • Proficiency in C/C++, TCL, and Python programming languages.
  • Experience with GUI development using QT.
  • Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
  • Background in electrical engineering is not mandatory but would help you ramp up quickly.
  • Expertise in statistical analysis and big data interpretation.
  • Experience in ML and AI is a plus

The Team You'll Be A Part Of:

You will be part of a dynamic team focused on analog and mixed-signal processing. This team is dedicated to setting up simulations, debugging, and analyzing post-simulation results to meet design specifications quickly and accurately. The team develops high-performance graphics for simulation results visualization, implements flows scaling to thousands of simulation jobs in private and public clouds, develops ML and AI models to drive innovation in electronics design. The team collaborates closely with customers, field engineers, and product application engineers to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of our tools and solutions.
