HDR is looking for a Project Delivery Manager to join our North Carolina Area Transportation Business Group. In this role, we'll count on you to:



  • Assist with the implementation of corporate quality processes while working with project managers or task leads providing guidance in monitoring and oversight of project quality activities
  • Work with project managers to develop project specific QMP's and ensure coordination between design discipline reviews
  • Lead QA/QC related discussions during project team meetings
  • Assist in identifying and documenting issues that may cause, or contribute to, deviations from planned/expected activities and coordinate corrective action plans to address issues
  • Work with project/client managers to assess and incorporate lessons learned from project reviews and client meetings
  • Perform other duties as needed


Preferred Qualifications



  • A license/certification
  • PMP certification
  • Must have the ability to handle multiple assignments
  • Good leadership and organizational skills are essential to this role
  • Local candidates are preferred
  • *LI-SM1

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • 7 years related experience
  • A minimum of 2 years project management experience
  • Must have the ability to interact with various design teams, have excellent organizational, project management and communication (both written and verbal) skills
  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
